'06 Build List!
'06 Build List!
The truck is an '06 six speed. What I want is a truck that is as close to stock as possible, but makes 600rwhp to 675rwhp. I don't want a loud exhaust, loud grabby clutch, whistlin' dixie turbo noise, smoke trail following me everywhere, etc. Lets not talk about price now.
Intake: something enclosed for reduced sound, ats arc flow, cool twist
intercooler
Exhaust: 51" donaldson muffler (have to remove cat?), ats manifold
Turbo: A5K with turbonetics newgen external gate (lower boost to avoid the
need of studs)
Injectors: DDP 90's or flux ???
Fuel Delivery: GDP comp system, twin cp3's
Clutch: south bend sprung street dd
Electronics: Smarty and xzt
Misc: fluid damper, xzt recon for gauges
These are just some thoughts. What do you guys think? Any feedback would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Just didn't want to do the studs if I didn't have to. But if they are a must have, then so be it. I know you cant really go wrong with a cam, but that was another thing I was thinking of omitting if not completely necessary. Thanks!

South Bend or Valair Con OFE 550 clutch your gonna have to do the conversion kit and thats the biggest you can go without going to a dual disc. Go with a Industrial Injection turbo a sps 62 or silver bullet can handle this kind of power. You can make that number on a single moded cp3 like a stg 2 or 3 by floor it or industrial injection. I would go with some don m flux 2.5 or 3.0 injectors not to big b/c of the daily driver deal. Nitrous Express to help thin out smoke, build boost faster, and add power. Intercooler isnt really needed if you ask me the pdi truck made 1000hp with stock unit. Id go with a tst/diablo or smarty or dr. performance/diablo or smarty stack. S&B intake good looking not to much noise, ARP head studs, and joe hellman or gdp intake arm. GDP pusher pump and bypass filter. That should get you their. Gauges up 2 you just my two cents.

You could get by with just a stg 2 or three i know of stock injector and cp3 people making close to 600. Single upgraded cp3 range from 800-1500. As for dual cp3s relentless sales kit with all the hardware and extra cp3 for 3500 i believe and if you supply your own pump around 1500 for hardware only correct me if im wrong. I think you could manage with just the single upgraded unit.
Yes their is an advantage of using dual cp3 to supply more fuel then what a single modified cp3 can 2 stk cp3s can push more fuel to injectors then a single modified cp3 can so more power levels on box can be optained, bigger injectors, etc. and of course more fuel means more air can be added so then more nitrous and bigger turbos can be used. For the 600 hp that you mentioned a single cp3 can accomplish this for 800hp and up duals are needed to get full advantage desired. I recomend a s&b filter or afe ive ran both and actually prefer the s&b.
