What size diamater is the "hot" line from the tranny to the cooler?

Yup 1/2. You going to put a fitting on it for the hot line? If so give Mcmaster Carr a call, they have a nice zinc coated Steel fitting that works great. Me and Bad rammer have it, works great and it's cheeper and a lot stronger than brass.

I will be getting the parts from work, so price isnt a problem.
If they have the zinc coated steel I will use that, but I think I will have to settle for brass.
