0-60 ?
I have a Quad XZT box on my 06 and no other mods other than the missing muffler. Is it normal to run a 6 second flat(non boosted 2wd) 0-60 with only these mods? I always thought that the box felt a little stronger than it should for only 65h.p. but I just don't know. What 0-60's are yall running and with what mods?

Well, 0-60 with a non-boosted launch would be very fast. I was doing 5.8-6.0 0-60's with a 12psi boosted launch and my best 1/4 mile time is 13.86. That's with the Smarty on #9 (170+ extra HP) and locking up the TC in 2nd with a built trans.
How are you timing the runs? I found that video taping the MPH and then using the counter at the bottom was a very accurate method. Not trying to be a naysayer man, but I don't see how your truck could be that fast with just an XZT?

I had my wife use a stop watch and she watched the speedo while I was driving. It probably averaged between 6.2 and 6.3 with 6.08 being the fastest. I have had some heavily modified diesels (500 h.p. Powerstrokes) before that felt much weaker out of the hole than this truck, even bone stock it felt more peppy than the other ones I test drove. I find it hard to believe also but I have to wonder if the box is somewhat "flawed" for the better. I have had 2 friends drive the truck(one with a 650 h.p. D-Max and the other with a 400 h.p. 04 Cummins) and they both seemed to think it had more in it than the XZT also. Another thing is that the truck will puff out some pretty decent smoke prior to full boost which the XZT shouldn't normally due according to everyone ive talked to. I just don't know?

Yep, those are some real numbers.
You need to obtain some real world measuring devices. I suggest a G-TEC instrument, or the drag strip, or the Bully Dog Outlook, or all the above.. It takes darn good power applied to run a 6 sec. 0-60 flat un- boosted. More than is thought. The scale is almost Logarithmic from there.

Buzzard1, can you video tape the MPH and RPM's? The counter at the bottom will give you pretty accurate numbers. Maybe there's a downloader on your truck? There's been more than a few stories of people buying brand new trucks with a downloader of some sort still installed. Get some video and you'll know for sure.

Kevin, they said 0-60mph, not 60-footers on the strip
Welcome to my world - launching an over-GVWR service truck in the quarter!
Just kidding, bud - kudos on the big (and small) #s...

In the mid 7sec but not a 6sec flat.
I have recently run my truck stock and after some mods. Also have a friend with the same truck that has a quad race box which runs a tick slower than my Predator/Puck Stack on the performance setting.
These number were run on my G-Tech RR.
-Stock tune, exhaust mod, BOOSTED LAUNCH
0-60mph 8.02sec
1/8mile 10.48sec @ 70.87mph
-Diablo Performance Tune (90hp), intake mod, exhaust mod, truck cap, 285/70/17 Tires, NON Boosted launch
0-60mph 7.38sec
1/8mile 10.14sec @ 72.62mph
-Diablo Performance/Stacked Tune (110hp), intake mod, exhaust mod, truck cap, 285/70/17 Tires, NON Boosted launch
0-60mph 6.87sec
1/8mile 9.90sec @ 75.05mph
