well this morning I did it......I forgot to take the stack hat off before starting it...all it did was blow the hat half way off and laid it on the roof of the truck....did not melt anything or shoot it across the yard!!

anybody questioning the usefulness of this stack hat can see the results them selves....
this was after a burly storm we had last night...I forgot to put the stack hat on and after about 4-6" of snow and no hat you get this.....
sorry it is my phone so the pic is not great...
