Why no CC 4-door long body?

Why is Dodge not making a long body (84" from cab to axle) for the 4-door CC trucks?

the 60" from cab to axle is too short for anything other than a small dump body or 5th wheel flatbed.

I would think a 4-door with at least an 84" cab-to-axle (or better a 96" cab-to-axle) would be a contractor's/landscapers dream.

Also, any word on a 4500/5500? Someone posted a Sterling Bullet which was a concept Dodge looking truck in a 4500 size with a regular pickup truck bed on the TDR ... any other word on these?

A dealer in Las Vegas told me last week that he's expecting the 4500 and 5500 in April/May time frame.
