What software is everyone using to input trim codes once they add new injectors?

I've searched around on here and cannot seem to find the answer, so....What software is everyone using to input trim codes once they add new injectors? I have not done this yet but will need to very soon. From what I have been reading you MUST do this for the truck to run, if I am wrong please let me know!

Thanks guys.

Are you replacing with stock injectors or performance? Have you looked at the Cummins service manual to see what it says? It is freely available directly through the Cummins quick serve website... Just need your engine serial number. Sorry I can't be much help other than that. If I come across the answer I'll let you know.
