Turbo sucking oil out of crankcase

Turbo sucking oil out of crankcase
Well here it is. 08 6.7 with 325000 plus miles. I have did all my routine service at the regular scheduled times. I did my oil change today as usual I ran the truck for a little while to check for oil leaks and found a coolant leak. Coolant leak turns out to be the thermostat gasket. Easy fix there. I am running the extra oil filter as recommended on here since I use it commercially. This is the only modification to the truck. When I removed air intake tube from the turbo looking for the coolant leak it had a large puddle of oil in it. I just changed the crankcase filter about 20000 miles back along with the egr cooler cleaning. I believe the turbo is sucking the oil out of the crank case because the tube going up to the crankcase is wet with oil as well. Motor runs good pulls good. In the past I have noticed a little oil in the turbo when I did my egr service. Then I was using paper air filters and kinda assumed they were getting stopped up and causing it to suck a little oil I keep the air filter clean. I use a K&N in the stock air box now. Figure it is cheaper to clean it than to keep replacing the paper elements along with better air flow. I have seen a lot of post on here about venting the crankcase to the atmosphere but I have to remain stock due to DOT inspections. I use my truck commercially. The factory service manual says that the closed crankcase valve or crankcase depression regulator is supposed to stop this from happening. I just need to figure out why turbo is sucking oil out of crankcase. Anyone else have this issue or know of a solution?

Was there any active codes such as P1506? Stuck crankcase ventilation valve possible, check with low pressure air 5 psi. Replace cover if in doubt.

Not sure how the 6.7 egr/emissions garbage works but you could possibly have an oil seal in the center cartridge of the charger leaking. If it goes all together you won't be able to shut the engine off without cutting the air supply off.......the engine would run on all the oil it's losing through the charger.
More or less a worst case scenario, but something to look into.

I agree stuck CCV or turbo seal, if the turbo is stock I would lean toward the turbo seals.
Why would you replace the cover when it passed the posted test?
Also ditch the K&N filter, the savings in filters won't cover the repairs from a lack of filtration.
