turbo bad

buddy has a 2009 dodge he said there is antifreez in the air to air and oil in the exhaust . truck has less than 5k on it. any ideas

He has any mods to it. Sounds like a busted egr cooler, the antifreeze in the intake that is. Oil in the intake to me would be the CCV valve, not sure about the oil in the exhaust.
