TSB's ???
There is no stand alone trans controller the Cummins Engine controller does it all since 05.When you get the latest up date it supercedes all others and may or may not include changes made in between. The dealer is only suppsed to do a flash if you come in with a concern that is addressed by the tsb.........it is designed that way to prevent people from getting upset like you are now

Oh and the tech also said that flashes are hit and miss you never know what you going to get, one example was the Jeep liberty CRD one flash that came out for it actualy derated it's power.
COOP I think your truck will come around at least I hope it does for you, the tranny actualy works nice after some miles on it I bagged the @#$% out of mine for 100 km befor I took it easy on it and I must say I'm very happy with the results thus far.
Yah, after i put around 500 miles on her, my mileage came back around to normal again. Cant really tell a difference and tranny still knocks when i take her outt of drive. But wiith tow and eb on, it doesnt bounce like crazy sometimes liike it used to. Other then that, really cant tell a diff to my knowledgee. Maybe it doesnt shift as late or hold its rpms around 3000 for a little then shifts, so i guess it is better.
