I'm looking at a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 SLT Quad Cab 4WD with about 170k miles. The want 17k for the truck. It is an automatic, what are the things to be looking out for? Is this an okay price? This would be my first diesel truck.

 

Sounds high, but I don't have the pulse of the market either...Comparison shop maybe?

I think its a decent price. I’m getting ready to sell my truck and am asking 16k. The only difference is 215k miles and its a manual 6.
