I can't speak from experience, but this is what is on the Cummins Forums Cab and Chassis site.
MP-8 ----------works
Hypertech -----works
Bully Dog ------works
PPE -----------works
Edge ----------works but has problems
BD ------------says will not work
Superchips ----says will not work
TST -----------nothing yet
Smarty --------nothing yet
Banks ---------not sure
Again, this is what I've read. I'm pure stock, no enhancements.

from experience.....
TS works & works very well
Edge worked but occasionally had a miss on my old 07'
Bullydog worked, but the timing rattle was so freaking bad it was ridiculous! & power curve sucked BAD!! could have revised it by now though???
