I've been doing some reading here and it seems the standard fix for a 2262 error code is a new turbo. I read something about being able to correct this with a software fix. My truck has the 2262 and is scheduled to go in next tuesday... just wondering what to expect in terms of down-time. Also are those turbos still backordered for weeks and weeks?

 

I got a new turbo in mid-Sept for P2262 code. I dropped the truck on Monday morning and picked up on Wednesday afternoon. The new turbo was overnighted and the dealer was required to return the old turbo within 48 hours. Don't know what to expect now...

 

Just an update - dealer made sure I had the U update and then ordered the turbo. I should have the truck back tomorrow AM.
