Should I take a replacement or not?

A few months ago I called an attorney about the seven trips to the dealer over DPF issues. We are currently in the negotiation stage,my question is would an 08 be any better than my 07.The dealer told me that I need to change my driving style and that I don't drive it hard enough. I drive alot pulling my landscape trailer with mowers and other lawn equipment, not alot of weight maybe 4500 lbs. I know some guys here have had their trucks replaced with 08's, how are they doing compared to the 07's.

My personal opinion is if the dealer can't repair your 2007.5 and if you have problems with a 2008, that same dealer will be clueless as well.

One EGR Valve and a reflash and my 2007.5 is doing great at 16,900 miles.
