(Perform Service)

The overhead console says Perform Service. The manual says it's a reminder to have the ccv,egr ect. maintananced. Anyone had this done and was it expensive? Can these things be cleaned or replaced at home?

Check with your local dealer. I don't think there is a labor charge for this because it is an emissions related problem. There may be a charge to replace the gaskets. I read this in a letter sent from Dodge relating to the warranty.

I did this myself before I got the letter. :-(
It took a couple of hours. Look at the H&S performance website and download the instructions for the EGR removal kit. This will show you how to remove the EGR system. Reassemble it with new gaskets. The gaskets were $6 from the dealer.
