Oil Leak at the DPF module?

Friend of mine with a 6.7 has a major oil leak on her 08. Took it in and they say its coming from the " Module behind the Purge canister". I can only guess they mean the DPF. I am a 5.9 owner so wanted to ask the experts on this forum. THanks for the help!

??? I don't think so. That would be a long way from the engine.

probably talking about the crankcase breather. only thing i can think of that would be close to a purge canister. that term is more of a gasoline term

LOL Figures. SHe is a little nervous over the competency of this dealer she purchased from. Since I do not have a 6.7 I have no idea where the DPF is.. LOL

A couple of pics and we could identify it for you right off....

Not sure what they are referring to as described.
