oil change message

When i started my truck today i got the oil change message on the overhead i only have 6200 miles on the truck what it need to know is what brand of oil everybody is using and how do you reset the message thanks

It has to be CJ-4 type - I have used only Chevron Delo 400 and been very happy. I have 108,000 miles now and no problems.

Turn key on and quickly depress go pedal 3 times.
