Im considering the bypass filter from amsoil and going synthetic but I hate to keep throwing money in this truck as all it is is a work truck. I never priced synthetic oil But im thinking im goinna need 4 jugs of dino/??? at 10 bucks a jug.
Do you guys have actual proof meaning have you drivin over 500k on 1 truck with and without the bypass filter??? I know its only 250 buck and I can go longer on oil changes but this motor aint no million mile motor!!!

I paid $350.00 shipped to my door with 3 filters (so far 1 filter a year)
I use syntheric mainly because of start up in our cold winters. Life without the bypass meant me running synthetic in the winter and dino in the summer. Now I just leave the synthetic in all year round. My setup works for me.
