Unhappy Oh NOOO, I broke off my EGT sensor in the pipe

Exactly what I was trying not to do. My EGT sensor went bad, and I tried everything to get it out in one piece, but she was seized. Propane torch and penetrating lube failed me, and now my truck only idles and has a check engine light. Obviously Dodge doesn't want people to be able to drive around without the computer knowing my EGT's

Is there any trick to getting the old half sensor out of the fitting, or is this going to involve me drilling it out in conditions that are less than ergonomic?

Its an 09 6.7, but I may have stumbled across a solution already. Anybody have any experience with these:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/OE-style-exhaust-gas-temp-EGT-sensor-bung-for-Dodge-Ram-Cummins-Diesel-6-7L-/141065394885?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories &hash=item20d8271ac5&vxp=mtr

Those ^ look like the easist solution I can find, so I ordered one, and I'll let you know how it turns out.

Truck is fixed with a new threaded bung fitting welded on next to the old one!

That ^^^ was a hell of a lot easier than trying to drill out the old one. Is it beer:30 yet?
