Gsk Ohhhh Nooo
Somthing went wrong , and for once it wasnt my fault YAY!
I need some help guys, I was putting a gsk it my 12v , When i went put the plug over the gsk back in it wouldnt thread, After looking closer, I realized that the first few threads are kinda mangled, but not to bad, but i still cant get it to start. I had the nut rethreaded, but no one had a tap and die set that big (like 1 1/4 )
Any thoughts?
Thanks

If you were installing a GSK, then you had the solenoid slid over and the AFC housing off, so I would check the solenoid to be sure you did not bend the actuation rod just enough to cause it to bind and not allow the truck to start.
The pipe plug is a dust and oil cover, so just use a dab of sealant around the threads, to keep the dirt out, and it will be OK. The pressure side of the AFC is on the side with the air line from the manifold.
