New TSB?

Has anyone heard anything about a TSB with the title "TSB-18-033-07 Rev B"? Haven't been able to find anything other than a mention of it.

TSB Revised to 18-033-07 REV. B

Just had my bulletin done today.......10:00 am appointment, but they were already involved with a dealer in-stock unit when I got there.

18-033-07 REV. B was issued 06/28/07 and supersedes REV. A. I guess procrastination paid off in the form of one less trip to the dealer.......for now anyway.

Took around 35 mins to complete........and some additional time because the dealer was experiencing some internet difficulty.

I was down to 4 gals remaining, so I re-fueled within 1/2 mile of the dealership. I'll have a fresh tank of fuel to make some comparisons in regards to fuel economy. Tank #1 was 14.591; Tank #2 was 14.457; Tank #3 was 15.051.....all hand calculated. Hopefully the fuel economy won't nose-dive !

Found a good link after debating wtih my local dealer and getting bent over for an oil change that I had a free coupon for. Anyway they claim that there is "NO TSB FOR YOUR TRUCK" written right on my RO. So I went looking to find the TSB copy or soemthing saying that there is an update. Here is a link for allmost all dodges cars for ECU partnumbers
https://techauthority.gltghosting.co...atalogId=10051
Hope this helps and if someone would be kind enough to post a link the the TSB itself or PM me if you have access to it and would be willing to mail it to me. I know that I would do the same for Nissan customers, I give out TSB's all the time.

Only difference between Rev A and B is the instructions. The actual program is the same.
Both my Dad and nephew just had the update done to their trucks.

We just bought ours last Friday from Tomball Dodge. Guess I should find out if the update was applied to it - there is no sticker anywhere indicating so.

From my understanding if the truck was built before mid June it does not have the updated firmware.

Which one did you buy? I drive by there every morning on my way to work.

It was built in April. There was no sticker anywhere under the hood indicating that it had the update.

We got a white 2500 quad cab, short box, automatic. 2wd. Pretty basic except the power windows/locks. Wife wanted a red one, but the only red one was a stick, and she wouldn't be able to drive it. So white it is.

I took it up there today to get window tint, and talked to them about the firmware. They looked at something in the computer and said that it did not have the latest firmware. When the windows are done, they are going to do the firmware and then call me when it's ready. Good thing I asked about it.

I bought my 2001 from them, when they were up the road closer to Tomball.

Everyday I keep eyeballing their MC duallies. Love to have the new 6spd auto and engine brake.

Do you live nearby?
