New truck surges @ 2100rpm?
High all.I have a buddy that has a new 07,manual.All stock exc.exhaust for now.He's complaining that it surges between 2100,& 2500rpm's.I've ridden in it,& know it's something weird happening.The dealer can't figure it out either.Anyone else have this? Any ideas?
P.S. We tested another 07 on the lot,& it did it too...HMMM?

No.It's an 07 5.9.Manual trans.The forum said "Including 6.7"I know they changed some stuff on the 5.9's for the 07 mod.yr.I'm pretty sure this is a fuel map glitch,or something.I can hear the turbo surging with the engine.We changed the air filter,& it's a little better,but didn't go away.
