New Truck

Im picking up my new 3500 quad cab dually 4x4 this next week. I would like to know what to have the dealer do to the truck. Ive heard about the idle control with the cruise control, and ive heard something about having to add a fuse to make the trailer plug provide power to the trailer. Can anyone chime in and let me know if there is a specific way of getting these done, and if there is anything else i should do. thanks

Welcome to DTR, and congrats on your new purchase!!
I myself just bought an 07, had the dealer clean it up really nice and just drove it of the lot. I've heard about the cruise control option but I didn't hear anything about the fuse issue. Somebody correct if I'm wrong.
Other than that just give it a good break in period and enjoy your new CTD!!!

I havn't heard of the cruise control/idle control option, what does the dealer have to do? Is it a simple reflash? Is this only available on Cab and Chassis? Will my dealer know what to do? And is this available on 6.7 6spd auto 3500 Mega cab SRW?
