Look on eBay, you can find used VGT's for $100-250. Most of them are just sooted up and were removed by the dealer after having p2262 issues. Give it a good cleaning, make sure it is spinning freely and no shaft play, and throw it in there.

Any idea how or why your's failed? How many miles do you have on the truck?

Any insight on this? If this is your 3rd actuator, something is CAUSING it to fail.

You sure you want a used turbo? Why do you think it was taken off in the first place? Not sure you'll get yourself better with a used turbo...

I have one that I disassembled and cleaned. I was gonna send you a PM but since you are in Canada I figured shipping would be too much. Mine was a take-off that I bought and cleaned up as a spare. I don't think I will need it anymore since I will most likely be driving a 5.9 again soon...

PM me if you want to talk about it. It is a complete 6.7l turbo assembly.

....depending on what/how far it was taken apart the re-alignment procedure for the turbos hasn't worked since it's inception. Probably why the original poster has had "issues" only replacing the actuator.
