Injector cylinder

I have a 2007 Ram 3500 with a 6.7. Day before yesterday it started to idle rough with the cab and flatbed shaking while idling. It got worse and the engine light came on. Took it to the dealer and after checking it out they said it was a bad injector cylinder, the part was on a national back order and they didn't know yet when it would be available. I am familiar with injector pumps, lines and injectors. What is an injector cylinder?

Yeah I called the next day. One of the guys working at the desk must have been told there was a dead cylinder because the injector was bad and he in turn translated it as a bad injector cylinder. That is the best I can figure.
