How do you turn off engine service light ?

Perform service required warning turn Key on then step on brake pedal 2 times then gas pedal 2 times then key off. To reset oil change warning key on step on gas pedal push to floor 3 times in ten seconds then key off. If it doesn't reset do it again.

Is it the same on a 2009 truck ? I keep getting the "perform service " on the overhead console.
