I have a problem with 2007 DODGE 2500 5.9 MANUAL TRANS code P201,P202, P203 and lastly P2146 I have replace valve cover gasket and ohmed out each injector 1 ohm or less, I checked voltage to 1,2,&3 injectors one volt also checked 4,5,& 6 VOLTAGE WAS 5 VOLTS PLUS COULD THIS BE A BAD ECM OH I ALSO HAVE A BAD CLUTCH FAN COULD MY PROBLEMS BE REALATED PLEASE HELP I HAVE HAD SOME BAD EXP WITHLOCAL DODGE DEALER THANKS HAPPY

The first step in troubleshooting any voltage related problem on these trucks is to have both batteries LOAD TESTED. A bad battery can cause some really strange problems. If one is bad, replace both. Hope this helps.
