Grill Guard Installation???

Grill Guard Installation???
I just bought a grill guard for my 07 Dually and the instructions say take the bumper off. Is that really necessary? Anyone know the easiest way to put a grill guard on. Thanks

Try doing it without taking bumper off. taking bumper may make it easier to get mounting brackets in place.
