Fuel Filter??

Anyone change it yet?? I was looking on Genos and it looks like you change the whole canister which includes a new drain valve?? $30.00 filter!!
8500k on the clock and want to change out the original filter.

Yep, changed it twice. It isn't like the other third gen trucks. The book says to take the left front wheel off, inter fender out, drain it and change it. To be honest with you that is probably the best way to do it. Will take about an hour. My arms aren't long enough to do it from the bottom and unless you want to take your battery and some other things out, I really don't know how else to do it. That is the way I've done it.
