Fuel effeciency

I have the 2008 2500 deleted and am hearing again about the Hydrogen on demand systems to improve fuel mpg by 20% to 100%
Do any of you know anything about this process ??? does it really work or is it just a scam ?? I suspect the later , but maybe not.
Appreciate any info you may have Thanks to all this has been a good site to visit to gain valuable knowledge.

I don't know what government restrictions OEM may have but , one thought is --- how many people would want to ness with the maintenance of mixiing solution, and doing the extra activities required ??? not all people are adept at doing all things. perhaps OEM engineers would not be intereste anything so Crude.
I just thought some people may have heard of personal experiences from peers.

No, I haven't actually tried the hydgrogen on demand system. Seems to be well covered in the press though that it does not work.

Save your money.
