Frustrated with P2262 2nd trip to dealer

I have been a loyal CTD guy, but this recent trade from my 5.9 to 6.7l is killing me. The truck was at the dealer three weeks ago for black smoke hesitations, and poor fuel mileage. They flashed the computer, cleaned the EGR and all the ehaust sensors and told me that the truck wasn't regenerating like it is supposed to. They also said that if the dumby light comes back on I may need another program that will be coming out in a month.

Here we are three weeks later and more black smoke and the mil light is on. I called the dealer and they said that it would be ok to drive the truck until the new program comes out in the next week or so.
IS THIS **** CORRECT? IS THERE SOMETHING THE DEALER IS MISSING? WOULD DODGE DO THIS TO THEIR CUSTOMERS?
I wish I still had my 5.9, but I want so bad to love my 6.7!

All insight is welcome!

I had code P2262 and the dealer (on advice from Dodge) replaced the turbo.

Same here. Had P2262 code at 7,000 miles and required turbo replacement and reflash.

If I am getting the P2262 code should I request a new turbo to be installed? My dealer has said nothing about changing the turbo out yet. He just reflashed my truck last friday and said lets try this. It hasn't thrown a code yet.

You can request, but the turbo is a restricted part. The dealer will have to call Dodge to get the authorization. The new turbo will be overnighted and then they are required to return the old turbo within 48 hours. The dealer may not want to go through the hassle...
