I don't know what to tell you, I haven't had any problems with the emissions except what I mentioned in the start of this thread. I try not to idle anymore than necessary. None of the techs in this area agree with what your tech says. Must be different areas have different problems. One other thing, my average speed vs hours is over 46 mph. What is yours? That might have something to do with the problems.

Right behind ya EB with 84k miles on my pickup. Mine is only 7 months old - bought in April 2007. So far only EGR problems and I think we finally got that taken care of with the flashes. Fuel mileage still sucks though.

what is your MPG now? (I think if your getting 10-11 towing and 16.5-17 empty your doing good, but thats just me

15,000 and running strong.... 9 ft rugby dump.... I'm in the logging business so this truck get worked hard...not abused just worked...i mean thats what its built for....i tow 10-15k regularly....no issues...trans and engine are great.... e-brake is awesome and mpg's are about 13-14 no matter what....pullin about 600-650 miles out of a tank...sometimes more
