fass fuel system

fass fuel system

I have 2008 dodge with 6.7 in it and I just replaced the lift pump after the po628 code came up and then I put a fass fuel system in and had it in for 3 week and then the truck died in a parking lot and the same code came up dose any body have a clue to what might have happened

I doubt seriously the stock pump was bad, they are way more reliable than the fass. two codes set off with two different pumps tell me you have a problem with the tipm or wiring harness. once you find the problem you need to add a relay and a diode to control the fass, it draws more current than the tipm needs to handle. reinstall the stock pump and add better filtering where the fass is now is a better solution
