External Transmission Filter

I'm a new member to the site (last week) and have been lurking about til tonight. DieselSite manufactures an external automatic transmission fluid filter kit for the 5.9L Cummins 4 speed, but nothing yet for the 6.7 Cummins 6 speed. Has anyone had experience with this kit in either of these applications?

2009 3500 6X6 Stock.

First of all WELCOME to DTR!!

You might want to contact a mod here like madhat or blakeclark to move this to the 3rd gen section. It will get more looks there.

the 68RFE already has 2 filters. a spin on and a flat standard type. the spin on is under the tranny pan so no reason not to change it when you service the transmission anyways.

Thanks cbrahs!
I was not aware that there was an additional filter on the 68RFE. Seems like a pain to have to drop the pan to change an additional filter though.
