Ok so ive been reading up on all this exhaust rubbish and im slightly confused!! So asking for alittle help, I own a "07" 6.7 and have had multiple emissions issues so im looking to trash the stock from turbo back!! So my question is which is the best way? I dont want any mufflers and no codes please lord knows ive had enough of them. So what exactly ( programers included if need be) do i need to do??!!

First of all, welcome to the forum. You WILL need a programmer to delete the dpf, etc. Many of the folks here are using the MADS Smarty or H&S. As for the replacement exhaust, there are many companies that make exhaust pipes for this purpose. It can be as simple as a DPF delete pipe (only replaces the particulate filter), or any number of custom exhaust systems. Much depends on how much money you are willing to spend, and if you live in an area that does emissions testing. Basic Smarty Jr. and a delete pipe will run you around $700. Do a search for "delete" and prepare for hours of reading. This is probably the most discussed subject on this forum. Haven't deleted mine yet, but it is on my wish list.

A good place to start is the first post in the Third Generation 6.7 High Performance section

EGR Delete kit.. If you are going that far, may as well spend the $200 and get rid of all that junk too. FWIW..

Another exhaust question

When doing a DPF delete, do you generally leave the catalytic convertor in? I didn't see any sensors on it.

The delete pipe you get for the lower half is both the Cat and DPF are pulled out.

For the cost now, I would just order the entire pipe from the turbo to the muffler and replace them both. I ordered separately as the downpipe was not available at the time. Now its a set for less than what I paid for the original pipe.

With the delete pipe, you replace the NOX/DPF and the CAT stays there after the turbo. Yes, if you don't have to go back, then go turbo back for sure and remove it all.
