I have heard that with the EPA reduction on the exhaust side, the EB works better. Less back pressure downstream of the turbo lets it clamp down harder.

I have a 08 5500 6 speed auto. The EB doesn't work in 1st gear. Is there anyway to program it to work in 1st gear also.
Any ideas

Here is why, The truck is a wildland fire engine. It ways 19k loaded and goes slow down gravel roads. 2nd gear is two fast sometimes.
