It's on the side of the engine just above the oil pan.
As for changing it, besides the bolting its a plug and play operation (as long as its been pre loaded with the appropriate program and Vin number).

2007 model year has injector codes programed into ECM. If ECM is dead then you will need to pull valve cover to get injector codes.
