Dtc P1757

Hi all I just got this DTC code P1757, which according to a quick google search means "P1757 - GOV Press Not Equal To Target @ 15-20 PSI." on a Durango. I am assuming it means the same on a Ram 2500 or am I wrong? Also what should I do to take care of this code? Thanks in advance...

Glorious thanks man! Do you think I am doing any big damage having this condition cause I can feel the transmission stumble a little when I break?

It's going to break eventually and most likely at the most in-opportune time. I'd be fixing it or at least getting an estimate.
