Dtc P1507

I was out tuning in my water/meth kit with 100% methanol and first couple runs didnt turn it down at all.(was running 50/50) Set this code and sould like the waste gate keep going off real loud, like 3 times. Erased the code no problems. If it is active you have to change the Crankcase breather filter. Have any of you had to change that before in a 6.7 or 5.9. Dealer was going to order me one and cant find it anywhere. They were going to ask the tech where it is located on the truck in the moring when he gets in. I think it was caused by too much oil pressure and it has a blow off valve to relieve the pressure and that is what I was hearing. Have any of you heard of this. Just wanted to post something new other than the dpf, egr, or trubo problems.

P1507 Crankcase Filter Restriction
Code clears problem sloved
Code active change filter
"P1508 Change Crankcase Filter" another one close to it for info

REMOVAL

1. Remove any engine heat shields or EGR shields if equipped.
2. Using hose clamp pliers, loosen the breather plumbing from the breather cover connections.
3. Carefully remove the breather hoses (2) from the breather cover assembly (3).
4. Remove the capscrews surrounding the parameter of the breather cover (3).
5. Separate the breather cover (3) assembly from the cylinder head cover (1).

FILTER ELEMENT REMOVAL
1. With the breather cover removed, remove the filter element from the cylinder head cover cavity by lifting the element straight up from its sealing surface.

Not very common to change.

The DTC is for your crankcase pressure being too high, which as your prolly already know is not good. There are 2 levels 1507 being moderately high and P1508 being severly high.

Hope all them mods haven't damaged the short block.
