Drove new 6.7/68RFE today
It was a 3500 SRW with the 350/650 6.7 and 68RFE-noticed the manual shifter on the automatic and drove shifting it-I didnt even think to let it shift itself. The exhaust brake held well going down hill and slowed it down enough that I could manually downshift it to slow more. I gotta say that I was impressed with the shifting of the trans and the exhaust brake. I kinda wish I had waited, but I wanted to get the 5.9 because I know I can throw a programmer on and there isn't all the emissions stuff. But when I get a MegaCab dually it'll for sure be the 6.7/68RFE combo. Y'all with these trucks are gonna love them!

Yea I drove on yesterday and I was impressed. That is a heck of a truck. I got the boost up a little at a stop light and let it go. It boiled the tires sideways for fifty feet. That jake was awsome to. That will be my truck real soon.

Can you let the rest of us know what dealership you visited, and what color/combo that truck was? I want to make sure none of us buys it.

I drove a Mega Cab Laramie 6.7/6sp Auto 4x4 yesterday.
Came out of the dealership, and it spun the tires, which caught me off guard. The exhaust brake is a very nice addition to the package.
Its like others have said, it seems that the 5.9 is a tad bit more responsive, but the 6.7L has a wider power band, probably mostly due to the 6 gears now instead of the 4 of before.
But at 52K..........will not budge off price....and wanting to give me 14K for a mine.....eh, its not that nice of a truck.

No, because the 0% is only on the 2006's.
Dodge has 5.9% on 60 months, but anything over that is at "bank rates", and as for rebates its $2500 bucks.
Gonna stop by Towbin tomorrow (ya know the "King Of Cars" ), and see what they story is.

In my area it is also crazy. They want a ton of money for one. I'll keep the one I have thank you!!!!!!! Just makes mine worth more money but they won't give in to that.
