i just ordered the dpf-r kit without the h&s pipe. i figure i can fab one a whole lot cheaper! Kit cost me 549 shipped to western NC. anyone know if the h&s pipe deletes the nox absorber also? or just the dpf?

the NOx absorber is in the downpipe. The CAT and DPF are replaced by the straight pipe in the Stage 1 H&S kits. The Stage 2 H&S kit includes a Nox-less downpipe as well.
