Differential oil change questions

Time to change the front and rear differential oil.

So I don't need to put any sealant on the covers right?

What's the torque on the cover bolts?

You can reuse the rubber ring. No gasket to fool with. Torque is around 20 ft/lbs.

i used a 3/8's butterfly impact, no leaks no problems, i went back in with Royal Purple 75-90. If i pulled alot i would of used 75-140 in the rear end. Also, the owners manual says the fill is 3/4 below the the bottom of the fill plug on the rear end and a 1/4 on the front end with a 1/4 plus or minus tolerance
