Clutch advice???

I have a 2009 6.7 6 speed standard and I'm thinking I need a new clutch. When I bought this truck the previous owner had grenaded the throw out bearing so I replaced it but now it feels like my clutch is slipping when I floor it in 5th and 6th gear. Don't have any tuners or programmers in it yet, but I deleted it. Any advice on what size and type of clutch? Want to go with a dual disc but I don't have the money right now. So I was thinking single disc 13" but I'm not sure whether to get the organic or ceramic. Any thoughts or advice? Thanks

I would call Peter at South Bend Clutch and get his advise, also Dan at Valair.

I would say the organic but those guys are the best to ask.
