My check engine light came on, when I checked the code it said the exhaust rec. valve was stuck open, my question is where is the valve and how do I clean it Thanks

 

If you're not deleted then this is a pretty important code. If it stays stuck open it can affect the combustion effeciency, make a bunch more soot and possibly plug your dpf and turbo so don't procrastinate on the cleaning.
You can go to Geno's website and look up egr cleaning. They sell a kit to clean the valve and cooler and the cleaning instructions are on the cleaning kit page for you to download.
