change serpentine belt, but electric clutch wires in way?

I was looking at how hard it is to change the belt on this thing and it looks no too bad except for the electric clutch wires. I found where to disconnect them but where the cables run, seem be molded into a chunk of steel. Any tips on this?

I changed mine on my 08 3500 and I didnt have to unplug any wires, most of the work was done under neath looking up, just used a ratchet to relieve the tension pully. Snaking it out wasnt so bad, but putting it back on was a pain, almost need another person to help with belt guidence

Shouldn't have to unplug any wires. It isn't hard to change unless you have a fluid damper, then you have to remove the damper or almost completely remove the fan pulley bracket.
