I have been looking around in my diesel power mag and doing research on internet on differant manf air box styles, what styles of boxes are you guys running and what do you fell is the best in your minds, Fully inclosed, open 5 ply 8ply, dry , oiled, I not tslking about a drop in filter i'm talking replaceing the old box an all!

 

Before you replace yours make sure your servicing dealer will over look you change the air box out so as to not void any of your warranty.

Already done they said as long as it does not bypass sensors or throw any codes I'll be fine.

did you see any MPG change and how much if any, talk to the guys at a place called area diesel here in DM,IA they said sould get at least one to one and half better.

 

My first two tanks after installing the intake showed an increase of .6 to .7 mpg (hand*calculated).

 

Thats exactly what I have, and it works great!
