Has anyone tried the steering box stabilizer or the adjustable track bar from BD Diesel?

My truck has started an annoying slight knocking feeling in the steering wheel when I"m towing and empty. I just had front end work done to it so everything is cool up front but is this the beginning of the dreaded death wobble?

Will the above products firm up the sloppy steering and slight knocking in the wheel?

I have the same problem on my 2010. I have both the stabilizer and the trac bar from bd diesel. My front end knocks like a nervous school boy. I've been researching all I can and everything I've found has no "one thing solution". If you find anything out please let me know ASAP!
