I installed one on mine. I do like the sound, and no more buying filters. Did not help or hurt my mpg's at all.

I tow a good bit and doesn't bother me. The kicker is my wife has never said anything either about turbo whistle, just the how much louder the eb is.

I have a S&B on my 07.5. I like the extra sound of the turbo & brake. I didn't notice much on economy though. I get about 11 -12 city, but my wife gets 17. I wonder why

I heard the AEM (or was it AFE) makes the turbo really loud on the 5.9's. Anybody know when they will have a 6.7 version out?

the stage II on my 5.9 is louder than the 6.7 for sure but the sound is still nice, check out my pics if you want to see how the 6.7l looks with a pg7.

Only if you take it to the shop with it installed. If you know the tech well enough, he may look the other way. My big concern with this type of filter is pulling hot air from around the engine. Am i being over cautious? or is this a real concern...
