Is he a sponsor? Sounds like a plug to me.

I have never known someone to get better mpg's from an intake.

I have an aFe on my old truck. I didn't notice an increase in mileage or power. Nice filter though. (it replaced a K&N)
I'm not adding anything to my new truck yet.

thanks shinkle for the reply. I'm sure it wouldn't be that difficult to remove it before each dealership trip.. hopefully they'll be few and far between

Rollin down the highway at speed, you will not have a hot air issue. Slow city drivin...... Most likely.

Sounds real good, not to loud at all but very prominent. With the stereo playing you cant hear it at all. Engine is allot more responsive though. Sounds really good when exhaust brake kicks in also.

Let me quote my dealer on what voids warrenty, " No dealer wants to deal with warrenty issues, the dealer has to pay for the cost and then get it back from Chrysler/Ford etc. that is why they try to void warrenty if anything is changed, fact is this, the dealer has to prove that the aftermarket part was DIRECTLY responsible for the trouble" for exampe, one case they had at home was a guy never oiled his k&n and he went in for turbo troubles, there was parts of his filter in the turbo! this is a direct cause, warrenty void. having an aftermarket air system and your u-joint goes, NOT directly connected! i hope this solves some questions.
