So a little backstory on this is the truck sat for a few months, fired up and had to wait for trans to build pressure up for it to even move, had to remove ecm to get to the pesky plug in the block that was leaking. Got it back on the road and drove it and it was hunting for what felt like TC lockup. So I checked the fluid and as guessed it was low. So I added some, and figured that would fix the problem. It didn't. So basically I have to wait every morning for like 4-5 seconds to shift it into drive after I've warmed it up for like 30 mins, when I come to a stop it'll lunge forward and overpower the brakes, and when shifting up through the gears it cant really make up its mind what to do. And when I get on it it will refuse to shift until I let off the pedal. Truck is stock and drove perfect before it sat for a few months, any advice or help on the subject would be greatly appreciated.

Just pulled codes, and have a P0732 gear 2 incorrect ratio. And a P2563 turbocharger boost control position sensor A circuit range/performance. Any ideas?
