30 minutes to change a fuel filter is "not bad"?????

wow

Ok, scratch ever owning a 6.7.

Reason being, you can do almost a complete oil/filters/grease service on a highway truck, in the time it takes to do a fuel filter on on of these units. There is something seriously wrong with that whole picture.

I understand the engineers only having so much space to work with, but think outside the box, the filter doesn't HAVE to be next to the engine. What about the big empty areas under the front corners of the bed? Or something along those lines.

Now, being a heavy equipment tech, and having to work with engineering nightmares every day probably makes me a little jaded, but the last thing I would want to do is jack around with a fuel filter on my work truck in my non-existent spare time.

however, for you relocation guys, there is just one suggestion. Good luck to all of you
